During Jennie’s more than 21 year career, she has held Leadership roles with some of the world's most iconic, admired, and coveted global retailers & brands, having worked alongside the industry’s most creative and innovative talent. With portfolios of growth over $100 million dollars I have achieved the big wins and helped so many businesses growth expsonentially. 

 

Before establishing her consulting/ coaching practice, Jennie was the  driving force behind the global dominance of eyewear brand Quay. Through a disciplined focus on product innovation, merchandising principles, and category expansion, her team successfully saw growth across multi-year sales and margin performance, and were recognized as the top performing brand in the US.

Jennie originally joined the Quay brand in 2017 & as the Vice President of Global Design, Sales & Merchandising, lead a period of significant growth through category expansion, retail stores, the expansion of Quay.com, alongside  the development of the collaborations between multiple celebrity partners in JLO, Lizzo & Chrissy Teigen.

Additionally, Jennie held leadership roles at Kmart, Pepe Jeans London & Gumboots stores in Australia & Sears in the US after the successful sale of her Global childrenswear business Moppit.
